Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting customer support.
Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Orders placed and successfully paid for before 6:00 PM (local business time) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Please note that processing time refers to order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment. It does not include transportation time.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is approximately 5–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, peak shopping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
We are unable to process orders requiring delivery outside the United States.
Shipping Costs
- Orders with a total value below $268 are subject to a shipping fee of $8.99.
- Orders totaling $268 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

The carrier selected for your shipment may vary depending on destination, package size, and operational requirements.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders through the "Track Your Order" page available on our website.
Simply enter the required order information to view the latest shipping status and delivery updates.
Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the shipping confirmation email has been sent.
Changing the Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or transit, and we cannot guarantee that address modifications will be possible.
We recommend carefully reviewing all shipping information before submitting your order.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, arrives damaged, or experiences any other shipping-related issue, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and assist you in finding an appropriate solution.
